About the role

Join our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
  • Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
  • Optimize sales with customers by maximizing in-store visibility of products, focusing on impulse products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and dedicated in-store locations (linear shops, contact points, additives).
  • Follow check-out implementation plan guidelines negotiated by Mondelēz sales representatives to ensure compliance and inform them of any issues.
  • Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure efficient in-store service.
  • Occasionally fill in seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra visibility actions in-store.
  • Support the implementation of seasonal campaigns to optimize seasonal sales.
  • Represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility.
  • Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes moving products from stock rooms to store floors and stocking shelves.
  • Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location (Dallas, TX).

Qualifications

  • Good interpersonal skills and self-motivation to achieve set goals.
  • Strong communication abilities and the capacity to share information effectively.
  • Positive and professional attitude; ability to work independently.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.15 to $20.19 based on relevant experience.
