About the role
Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. You will fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of our world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.
Responsibilities
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
- Optimize in-store visibility of Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) by stocking, maintaining, and implementing Mondelēz’ guidelines.
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed; communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.
- Carry out quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelēz IMPULSE products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and dedicated impulse locations (linear shops, contact points, additives).
- Follow checkout implementation plan guidelines negotiated by Mondelēz sales representatives; inform them and store employees of any issues.
- Occasionally fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra visibility actions in-store.
- Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure efficient in-store service.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to perform physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25-35 miles of Dallas, TX.

Pay
Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.15 to $20.19 based on relevant experience.
