Full Time Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) - Evening Shift

About the role

The Terraces at Summitview, a HumanGood community nationally recognized as Best Assisted Living and Best Independent Living of 2025-2026 by U.S News & World Report, seeks dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Responsibilities

• Implement the “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care” to enhance residents' independence and participation.
• Assist residents with basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities.
• Create a safe environment for resident care.

Requirements

• Certified Washington State NAC/CNA.
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay

• Pay range: $19.15 - 23.85 per hour, base pay, depending on years of licensed CNA experience.
• Shift Differential: Evening $1/hr.

Schedule

• Full Time: Rotating Evening shift from 2PM-10:30PM, 5 on 2 off rotation with a rotating weekend schedule.
• Part Time: Evening shift from 4:45PM-8:45PM, 5 on 2 off rotation.
