Location: 22969 Highway 25, Columbiana, AL 35051
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $14.60 - $19.40 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
• Auxiliary with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
• Record vital signs and observe changes in condition
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain dignity, respect, and compassionate care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
