CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (EVENING SHIFT)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with essential activities of daily living and personal care to residents.
• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living to residents.
• Performs medication assistance, including assisting with self-administration of medications.
• Maintains health maintenance and monitoring tasks, reporting changes in residents' condition.
• Supports the resident-centered activity program.
• Responds to and acts appropriately in emergency or disaster situations.
• Performs leadership duties, advocating for residents and maintaining confidentiality.
• Completes administrative tasks, such as documenting resident care and activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Post High School Vocational / Specialized Training
• Experience: On the Job Training Certificates, CPR Certification preferred
