Full Time Nanny

About the role

Jovie Nannies + Sitters is seeking Full Time Nannies to provide childcare services in Fall City, WA. Positions range from 20 to 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Care for children toddler – elementary school age while their parents work
• Engage, communicate, and be friendly with children and parents
• Provide hands-on activities based on children’s age-appropriate development
• Never drive or transport children, only perform household clean-up duties
• Work flexible hours between 7am - 7pm, typically Monday through Friday

Requirements

• Genuine enjoyment of children and willingness to engage in various activities
• At least 1 year of day-to-day childcare experience
• Available at least two days per week for 6-9 hour shifts
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Previous experience caring for children under the age of 2
• Three references: two related to working with children and one character reference
• At least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• Engaging, creative, and child-focused personality
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely
• Quick reaction time to certain situations
• Ability to handle emergent situations calmly and effectively

Benefits

Pay

Hourly wage: $20-25 per hour
Overtime wage: $30-37.50 per hour

Schedule

Flexible schedule between 7am - 7pm, typically Monday through Friday.
