About the role
Amtran is looking for an experienced mechanic to join our hardworking team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all Amtran vehicles are in working order and in compliance with state/federal regulations
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and performing repairs
- Performing preventative maintenance
Requirements
- Experience with buses and/or medium and heavy-duty vehicles a plus
- CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement preferred
- PA State Inspection License preferred
- 608 and 609 A/C Certifications preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Good driving record
- Position is safety‑sensitive and subject to DOT drug testing

Pay
Starting wage is $30.10/hour, with added incentives based upon certifications. Increase to $33.44/hour after one year of employment.
