Full-Time Maintenance Helper

Dune Allen Realty is looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance Helper to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and helping create an exceptional guest experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily property visits and inspections.
• Check HOA communities and report any issues.
• Complete basic maintenance work orders.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi issues and reset equipment when needed.
• Assist guests with TV setup, streaming services, remote controls, and replacing batteries.
• Place trash cans at the curb before scheduled pickup and return them after collection.
• Keep office and property grounds clean by picking up litter, pulling weeds, and performing light landscaping.
• Assist the housekeeping department with property inspections when needed.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure all homes are guest ready.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.
• Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in Florida weather.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Vacation rental, maintenance, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
