Full-Time Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot building and equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage work orders and maintain documentation.
• Support department operations, including preventive maintenance and parts inventory.
• Supervise and assist staff as needed.
• Perform mechanical system maintenance, groundskeeping, and on-call duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Five years of experience in building systems (desirable).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and safety codes.
• Familiarity with hand tools, meters, and blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently across shifts.
