Full Time Litigation Attorney (Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith) - Philadelphia, PA

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is seeking an attorney for its Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith team in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Handle Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters
• Draft pleadings and answer written discovery
• Take depositions
• Participate in arbitrations and trials
• Draft coverage opinions involving first party breach of contract and/or third party liability claims and related bad faith issues

Requirements

• JD from an accredited Law School
• Admitted to practice in PA (Admission to the NJ bar a plus)
• At least 5+ years of significant experience in the specified practice areas
