About the role
We are seeking an attorney with 5+ years of significant experience in handling Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist matters. Experience should include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions, and participation in arbitrations/trials.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Admitted to practice in PA (Admission to the NJ bar a plus)
- Experience with drafting coverage opinions and/or experience with auto insurance-related bad faith cases (a plus)
Schedule
The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule, allowing you to work from home for a portion of your workweek. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
