Full-Time Licensed Therapist for Adults and Couples (Earn $100K)

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, teens, adults, and couples
• Work with clients who share your clinical interests and passion
• Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT and other modalities
• Participate in weekly consultation and skills groups
• Engage in 18 CE credits per year through Palo Alto Therapy
• Work in-person and telehealth settings
• Be available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)

Requirements

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples
• Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred
• Comfortable using evidence-based approaches
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset

Pay

$100,000 salary (full-time) as a W-2 employee
