Full-Time Licensed Therapist - Couples, Individuals, Adults

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, teens, adults, and couples
• Clinically match with clients based on interest and fit
• Work in a supportive, team-oriented culture
• Handle scheduling, billing, and marketing tasks
• Participate in weekly consultation and skills groups
• Receive 18 CE credits per year, provided at no cost
• Obtain CBT and OCD certification through Palo Alto Therapy
• Engage in couples-specific consultation and supervision
• Work flexible hours, including weekends (if applicable)

Requirements

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples
• Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred
• Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and others)
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)

Schedule

Hybrid options available depending on role and location.

Pay

$100,000 (full-time) as a W-2 employee.
