Full-Time Licensed Therapist - Couples, Individuals, Adults

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, teens, adults, and couples
• Work with a diverse caseload
• Be comfortable and enthusiastic about working with multiple populations
• Match with clients you are genuinely passionate about helping
• Focus on clinical work while administrative tasks are handled by the team

Requirements

• Active California license required (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples
• Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred
• Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities)
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)
