Full-Time Licensed Therapist - Couples, Individuals, Adults

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, teens, adults, and couples
• Clinically match with clients based on interest and fit
• Work in a hybrid in-person and telehealth setting
• Handle scheduling, billing, and marketing tasks through our administrative team
• Participate in weekly consultation and skills groups
• Receive full certification training in CBT and OCD
• Engage in couples-specific consultation group and supervision
• Match with clients you are passionate about helping

Requirements

• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Experience working with individuals, teens, and couples
• Training in Gottman Method or EFT preferred
• Comfortable using evidence-based approaches (CBT and other modalities)
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Available at least 2 afternoons or evenings per week (weekends a plus)
