Full-Time Legal Intake Specialist - NRH

We're looking for dedicated and empathetic professionals to join our team as Intake Specialists. This role is a perfect fit for someone who excels at customer service and loves helping others. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, ensuring each one is met with careful attention, a friendly voice, and a deep sense of empathy. This is an in-office position at our North Richland Hills office. This is your chance to make a difference from day one! You'll use your sharp listening skills to gather information and your quick typing abilities to document interactions accurately.
This position is all about building relationships. You'll be the first friendly voice our clients encounter, and we count on you to set the tone. While you'll manage a high volume of calls, the key is to connect with each person on a personal level. You'll use your sharp listening skills to understand their needs and provide the supportive, professional experience they deserve, all while being the foundation of our client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of calls with careful attention, a friendly voice, and deep empathy
- Gather information using sharp listening skills
- Document interactions accurately with quick typing abilities
- Connect with each caller on a personal level while managing call volume
- Set a supportive and professional tone as the first point of contact for clients
- Build relationships and serve as the foundation of client relationships
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar, and diction
- A professional phone voice that shows customer care and concern
- Active-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
- The ability to ask appropriate questions
- The ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- PC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of age
Qualifications
- No prior customer service experience needed – we provide all the training you'll need to succeed
- Bilingual in Spanish is a fantastic bonus
Pay
- English: $17/Hr
- Spanish: $19/Hr
Schedule
- Full Time, 40 hours
- You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week
- You must be very punctual with great attendance
- Training hours will be during the daytime
- Once training is complete, you will move to your full-time shift
