Full-Time Leasing Consultant

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for a community in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This front-line sales role owns the leasing pipeline from first contact to signed lease, with a focus on consistently hitting occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• Field inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms, then guide prospects through tailored tours to create urgency and close deals.
• Track every lead in the CRM, execute multi-touch follow-up (calls, emails, texts), and monitor pricing, availability, and competitor positioning.
• Handle lease paperwork accurately, collect deposits, and support move-in and move-out events.
• Assist with the annual turn process, maintain model and office presentation, and conduct market surveys as needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of sales or leasing experience with measurable conversion results.
• Comfort working in Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or a comparable CRM.
• Documented follow-up discipline across multiple touchpoints (calls, emails, texts).
• Ability to work weekends and adjust to peak leasing demand.
• Strong ability to read prospects quickly, ask good questions, and tailor pitches to their needs—generic scripts don’t close here.

Pay

$20 to $24 per hour, plus commission eligibility.
