The Full-Time Leasing Consultant serves as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. This role requires a motivated closer who provides a world-class experience to residents and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions
  • Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close
  • Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
  • Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
  • Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets
  • Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue
  • Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset
  • Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospects and residents
  • Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals
  • Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
  • Support office presentation and model readiness
  • Assist in the annual turn process and market surveys
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Assist with move-out and move-in events, including collecting deposits and fees

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales or leasing experience
  • Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
  • Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
  • Ability to achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
  • Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
