The Full-Time Leasing Consultant serves as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. This role requires a motivated closer who provides a world-class experience to residents and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities
- Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions
- Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close
- Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
- Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
- Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets
- Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue
- Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospects and residents
- Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals
- Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
- Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
- Support office presentation and model readiness
- Assist in the annual turn process and market surveys
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Assist with move-out and move-in events, including collecting deposits and fees
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales or leasing experience
- Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
- Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
- Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
- Ability to achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
