Full Time Lead Server

About the role

Lead Server in a full-time position at a main clubhouse, responsible for training new servers, leading daily service tasks, and acting as a food runner when needed.

Responsibilities

• Train and oversee servers
• Assign tables and manage stations
• Perform all server functions and assist with staff oversight

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience
• Ability to follow instructions and use POS systems
• Effective communication in one‑on‑one and group settings
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Willingness to obtain Food Handlers certification
• Requires compliance with background screening and certification as per Florida regulations

Pay

USD $18.98 – $22.78 per hour.
