Lead Server (Full Time)

The Lead Server @ Drake Terrace delivers exemplary dining service to residents and guests, ensuring that their dining experience is professional, as well as warm and inviting. Responsibilities

• Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venues
• Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staff
• Create a climate of hospitality through coaching, mentoring and teambuilding
• Record production and operational data as required
• Assist in the creation of effective schedules

Requirements

• Bring a smile to work every day

• Be a progressive and creative thinker
• High school graduate preferred
• Three to five years of dining experience
• Prior experience in leadership roles preferred
• Must have Food Handler’s certification as required

Pay

Pay range $22-23/hr with a hiring bonus of $1,000.

Schedule

Full-time position with primarily daytime and early evening hours. The exact schedule is currently being finalized, with anticipated shifts around 11:30 AM‑7:30 PM and weekend availability required.
