About the role
Responsible for providing comprehensive support in the field of human services. Works closely with clients to address their needs and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in accessing necessary resources and services
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients
- Document client interactions and progress
- Participate in team meetings to discuss case management strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in human services
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of mental health and social service issues
- Basic computer literacy

Schedule
