Full Time Houseperson - Four Seasons Hotel Boston
About the role
Four Seasons Boston is seeking a Houseperson to join their dynamic Rooms Team. The role requires a person with excitement and dedication in serving guests. The team works cooperatively, respecting each other's contributions.
Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Cleans public areas of the hotel, keeps all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted.
- Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free.
- Keeps all service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas.
- Moves racks of clean Rooms linen to Guest Room floors.
- Stocks Linen Storage Rooms and Armoires daily with supplies and amenities.
- Sorts Linen.
- Empties trash and dirty linen from guest room floors.
- Aids Housekeepers as required. Assists with moving beds and furniture, turning mattresses, removing or hanging sheers and drapes.
- Picks up and delivers guest request items on a timely basis such as irons, ironing boards, cribs and rollaway beds.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Previous experience preferred, but not required.
- Able to stay on your feet throughout the shift and navigate service areas efficiently.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
