Full Time Housekeeper

Hourly, exempt status: non-exempt

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guestrooms, stock guestroom supplies, and load attendant carts daily.
• Practice excellent guest service at all times.
• Clean each guestroom and bathroom according to standards: vacuum carpets, make and strip beds, empty trash, and clean sinks, floors, and showers.
• Restock carts.
• Complete all reasonable requests by management within ability.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Marriott policy, procedures, training, and associate involvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum lifting of 40 lbs.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching.
• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
