FULL-Time Hotel Housekeeper- Day shift $16.94 Hourly plus TIPS- START IMMEDIATELY

About the role

Full-time position with a day shift starting at 8am on weekdays and 9am on weekends. Willingness to work weekends and holidays is required, with Sundays mandatory. This role is tipped eligible.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surroundings (e.g., mall, restaurants)
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other amenities
• Identify and report items left behind by guests using the hotel's lost and found procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Hotel experience preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift, bend, push, and/or lift 25-35 pounds
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Team player with the ability to exceed guest expectations
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards

Pay

Compensation range: $16.94 per hour.
