Full Time Housekeeper $16.94 + Hourly Day shift

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full Time Day shift - Shift starts at 8am weekdays and 9am on weekends. Sundays Required.
• Saturdays and holidays may also be required.
• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours of operation, and surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants).
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report items using the hotel's lost and found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Hotel experience preferred but not required.
  • High School Diploma/GED.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
    • Team player.
    • Ability to exceed expectations of guests.
    • Knowledge of cleanliness standards.
