Full Time - Hospitalist Physician - Day Shift - Voorhees, NJ
About the role
Join an established team of hospitalists committed to providing exceptional inpatient care across the continuum. Physicians work collaboratively with specialists, intensivists, advanced practice providers, case managers, and nursing teams to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care for hospitalized patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a physician-led environment
- Collaborate with specialists, intensivists, advanced practice providers, case managers, and nursing teams to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care for hospitalized patients
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and rounds of care
- Assess and manage patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and communicate with other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience in hospital medicine preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current NJ medical license
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Pay
In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all clinician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $270,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
