Full Time - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Clinical Decision Unit - Night Shift - Voorhees, NJ

About the role

As an APP in the CDU, you will play a critical role in patient care, including admissions, coordinating in-hospital treatment, and managing transitions to outpatient services or inpatient admissions when necessary. You will work closely alongside dedicated CDU physicians to deliver seamless, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Admitting patients to the CDU and coordinating their in-hospital treatment
• Managing transitions from the CDU to outpatient services or inpatient admissions
• Collaborating with CDU physicians to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

• Experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Prior experience in a Clinical Decision Unit or Emergency Department is highly preferred.
• Strong motivation, excellent teamwork, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current license to practice as an Advanced Practice Provider in New Jersey
• ACLS certification

Pay

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, the minimum base salary for this position is $127,287.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
