Full Time - Hospitalist Physician - Day Shift - Marlton, NJ

About the role

Join an established team of hospitalists committed to providing exceptional inpatient care across the continuum. Physicians work collaboratively with specialists, intensivists, advanced practice providers, case managers, and nursing teams to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care for hospitalized patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a physician-led environment
• Collaborate with specialists, intensivists, advanced practice providers, case managers, and nursing teams to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care for hospitalized patients
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and team meetings to discuss patient care
• Assess and manage patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Current NJ medical license
• Experience in hospital medicine preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Passing scores on relevant boards

Pay

In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, the minimum base salary for this position is $270,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
