Full-Time Grounds Maintenance Supervisor - Sawmill Creek Resort

Responsibilities

• Cleaning exterior areas including trash removal, window cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
• Cleaning and maintaining charcoal grills, guest laundry facilities, and restrooms.
• Training and leading a small group of Maintenance Attendants.
• Oversight of maintenance attendants for general upkeep of guest rooms and public areas.
• Ensuring compliance with Sawmill Creek Resort standards and company policies.
• Performing set-up for special events and routine troubleshooting for in-room issues.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in assigned work area.
• Using cleaning equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
• Moving and arranging furniture, performing set-up tasks, and responding to requests from team leaders.
• Providing guest service according to Cedar Fair standards.
• Working independently and lifting/pushing/pulling items weighing over 50 lbs.
• Remaining calm during emotionally charged situations and passing a drug test and background check.
