Full Time Framing Manager

About the role

Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art.

Responsibilities

• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art.
• Develop and coach the team to sell effectively.
• Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve and manage team KPIs, including sales and production workload planning and sales floor time.
• Manage inventory and shrink programs as assigned.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Interview, onboard, train, and support new Team members; participate in Talent Development and Performance Management activities.
• Collaborate with MODs on framing and other tasks.
• Interact positively with customers, assist with product location, and provide solutions.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching, standing, moving throughout the store, and working in various environments.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Qualifications

• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and frames and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Pay

Total Base Pay Range For This Position: $16.00 - $22.20

Schedule

Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
