Full-Time Floral Assembly Technician!

What You’ll Do

• Producing and packing finished floral products
• Creating hand-made bouquets, floral arrangements, and gardens per recipe
• Re-potting plants with approved decorative upgrades
• Processing inventory according to specifications and hydrating flowers/plants
• Operating and maintaining strapping equipment (cleaning, loading)
• Keeping work areas spotless by cleaning floors, drains, walls, tables, loading docks, restrooms, and break rooms daily

When You'll Work

Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Your day ends once all tasks are completed, including end-of-day duties.

Pay Range

$17.50/hr – $19.50/hr

Holidays & Overtime

Holiday and overtime availability based on business needs. Additional hours and shifts may be required during peak seasons like Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day.

Physical Requirements

• Perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
• Frequent walking and standing for long periods
• Stooping and pulling throughout the shift
• Work in a fast-paced, changing, and physically demanding environment
