About the role
The Flower Technician is responsible for maintaining and arranging floral displays in various settings such as offices, events, and retail stores.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and arrange floral displays in accordance with client specifications and company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving flowers.
- Ensure all floral arrangements meet quality and safety standards.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of flower care and maintenance.
