Full-Time Floral Receiving & Processing Technician!

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound product and verify against supplier documentation
• Label and process inventory (hydrate cut flowers, unpack potted plants)
• Restock and organize inventory into proper bin locations
• Downgrade expired or below-spec products
• Maintain productivity goals while maintaining high standards
• Conduct cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Wash and sanitize buckets and containers
• Consolidate carts and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Maintain a clean workspace and be aware of risks to yourself and others
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as needed

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented with great attendance and reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained across areas
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness (6S principles)

Qualifications

• Warehouse or landscaping experience preferred (greater than 3 months)
• Experience working in a physically repetitive position

Benefits

• Holidays & Overtime: Ability to work holidays and overtime as business needs. During peak times, you may be required to work overtime and on days that are typically your time off.

Pay

$17.50/hr – $19.50/hr

Schedule

Sunday- Wednesday | 7:00 AM- 5:30 PM
Tuesday-Friday | 8:00 AM- 6:30 PM
Please Note: There is no fixed end time, your day ends once all tasks are completed, including end-of-day duties.
