Floral Production Specialist

About the role

Walters Wedding Estates, in partnership with The Design Haus, is seeking candidates with great attitudes and work ethics to join our Wedding Floral Production team. This entry-level opportunity offers a chance to grow your floral design career as our team rapidly expands. On average, we produce 5-10+ weddings per weekend.

Responsibilities

• Event design work and installations
• Floral processing, cleaning, and prepping buckets
• Inventory and supply management
• Loading, delivering, and unloading weddings/events, including breaking down events

Requirements

• Floral design experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Must be able to lift at least 40+ pounds throughout the day
• Must be able to get on and off a ladder
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participation)
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

$15–$18 per hour

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Must be available to work weekends and nights
• Flexible schedule
