About the role

Responsible for managing floor maintenance and project execution in the Richmond area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor.

Skills

• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
