Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting; eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job‑related duties.
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
• Prior experience in a healthcare environment (minimum of 1 year); preferably in long‑term care.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Supportive and compassionate attitude.
• Take pride in providing high‑quality care.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical school achievement is a plus.
• Hospital or healthcare experience for at least 1 year in maintenance is a plus.
