Full Time Floor & Project Tech - Richmond & Surrounding Area

About the role

Responsible for managing floor and project maintenance tasks in the Richmond area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and installations
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
