Full-Time Emergency Room Nurse (Night Shift)

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and document personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Educate patients and families about managing health conditions and post-discharge care.Maintain a safe environment and work in a constant state of alertness, as this is a safety-sensitive role. Qualifications & Skills Educational Requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.Experience: No prior experience required; 2 years preferred for advanced roles.Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
