Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans collaboratively, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• Deliver patient-focused care, ensure safety, and maintain regulatory standards in a safety-sensitive environment.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Less than 2 years of experience.
• Emergency Department experience.
