Emergency Room Nurse (Full-Time) (Night Shift)

Position Overview Provides direct patient care in an emergency setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors.Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (RN license required).Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills.
