Full-Time Dialysis Technician, CCHT

Responsibilities
- Utilize technical and critical thinking skills to perform and monitor dialysis treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Operate a dialysis unit in Devens, MA, Monday through Saturday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexible schedules.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and maintain strong relationships with clients (Managed Healthcare, DOC/BOP).
- Perform thorough patient assessments, obtain blood samples, administer oxygen, wash machines, stock supplies, and assist with water checks.
- Participate in IDT and QAPI committees, report concerns, and contribute to performance improvement projects.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhere to infection control practices, and ensure confidentiality of patient and company information.
- Communicate effectively and participate in self and peer evaluations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Nationally recognized CCHT certification or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- One year of clinical dialysis experience
Qualifications
- Strong technical/computer proficiency with relevant software
- Basic knowledge of renal function and treatment modalities
- Understanding of sterile technique and Rendevor Dialysis policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Pay
Hourly Rate: Starting at $27.00/Per Hour (Based on Documented Experience, Qualifications, and Market Data)
Schedule
Monday through Saturday from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexible schedules based on patient census and staffing needs.
