Full-Time Dialysis Technician, CCHT

Responsibilities
- Utilize technical and critical thinking skills daily
- Perform and monitor dialysis treatments under RN supervision
- Coordinate care with healthcare teams and clients
- Complete safety checks and record treatment parameters
- Maintain sterile techniques and follow infection control policies
- Assist with patient assessments, blood draws, and equipment maintenance
- Participate in IDT and QAPI committees
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and report concerns
- Communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Nationally recognized CCHT certification or equivalent
- CPR certification
- One year of clinical dialysis experience
Qualifications
- Strong technical/computer proficiency
- Basic knowledge of renal function and treatment modalities
- Understanding of sterile technique and infection control
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Pay
$28.00 - $32.00/hour (based on documented experience, qualifications, and market data)
Schedule
Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 4:30am - 5pm
Supervision
This position reports to the Unit Leader.
Background Check
A comprehensive background check is required for all employees working in this position.
Work Environment
The role exists in a hospital or medical unit of a post-acute or correctional facility. Exposure to chemicals and blood-borne pathogens may occur. Routine use of medical and standard office equipment is required.
