Full-Time Credit Resolution Lead

Role and Responsibilities: The Credit Resolution Team Lead manages daily operations of the Credit Balance team, ensuring timely follow-up on accounts, resolving payer credit balances, and analyzing trends in overpayments. They support and mentor team members, assist with employee management, and collaborate with other departments to improve billing accuracy and efficiency. The role involves reviewing adjustments, cash transfers, and refunds, as well as developing strategies to enhance productivity and resolve payer issues. Additionally, they contribute to policy updates, conduct root cause analyses, and foster a positive work environment through coaching and team building. Qualifications and Skills: Candidates should have 3-5 years of revenue cycle experience in healthcare settings, with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They must be detail-oriented, highly organized, personable, and quick learners of new systems. Experience with complex billing, claims processing, and managed care contracts is required. A college degree and extensive knowledge of insurance payer contracting are preferred.
