Full-Time Co-Occurring Disorders Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide substance abuse evaluations and manage consumers with a substance abuse disorder and major psychiatric disorder
• Conduct initial assessments, intake evaluations, crisis intervention, emergency outreach, information, and referral
• Promote integration of consumers into community-based recovery resources
• Perform on-call requirements on a rotating schedule

Qualifications

• MSW in social work or MA in psychology or counseling
• Current LCADC/CADC certification
• Current LSW or LAC in the State of New Jersey
• Two years of previous clinical experience in direct service and substance abuse counseling preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
• Wednesday, 1:00 pm–9:00 pm
• Monday through Friday, 4 day shifts and 1 evening shift

Pay

$59,000 – $63,000 annual salary
