Full-Time Co-Occurring Disorders Specialist

Responsibilities

- Responsible for providing substance abuse evaluations and the management of consumers with a substance abuse disorder and major psychiatric disorder - Provides initial assessments, intake evaluations, crisis intervention, emergency outreach, information, and referral - Promotes integration of consumers into community based recovery resources - Performs on-call requirements on a rotating schedule

Qualifications

- MSW in social work or MA in psychology or counseling - Current LCADC/CADC certification - Current LSW or LAC in the State of New Jersey - Two years of previous clinical experience in direct service and substance abuse counseling preferred - Valid Driver’s License
