Full-Time Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LCSW to join our supervisory team at MyWellbeing. This role involves clinical supervision of 12-15 Associate Therapists, providing bi-weekly individual supervision, open office hours, and group supervision. You will also participate in crisis escalation and clinical consultation, manage caseloads, conduct performance reviews, and lead team activities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a mentor and coach to Associate Therapists, focusing on clinical supervision and performance management.
- Review and approve intake assessments, diagnoses, progress notes, treatment plans, and clinical forms.
- Maintain timely responsiveness to urgent supervisee needs and monitor caseload balance, utilization, retention, and clinical outcomes.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and implement progressive discipline in collaboration with HR.
- Manage caseload transitions and lead or co-lead quarterly trainings, culture events, or identity-based support groups.
- Contribute to associate hiring and onboarding, and oversee peer video feedback on mock intakes and skills-based training.
- Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with the VP of Clinical Services and weekly peer supervisor huddles.
Requirements
- Active LCSW license in good standing in New York State with 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Demonstrated experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians in outpatient, group practice, or telehealth settings.
- Enthusiasm for performance management, documentation, and risk management.
- Proficiency with tools such as SimplePractice, Google Workspace, or similar.
Qualifications
- Experience with trauma-informed modalities, couples therapy, identity-affirming care, community mental health, telehealth group practice, inpatient or hospital settings is helpful but not required.

Benefits
Compensation starts at $64,000/year and can increase to $100,000/year for full-time supervisors who maintain a private practice and supervise 15 Associates in a 30-hour workweek. Full-time supervisors who choose to maintain their own practice earn full benefits.

Full-time, with the possibility of working part-time in a private practice.
