Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)

Position Summary

We are committed to providing thoughtful and comprehensive individual and group supervision, rooted in proven evidence-based practices while also learning about new and emerging clinical breakthroughs. One of our goals is to prepare our therapists for their fully licensed future, helping them to cultivate their clinical voice while emphasizing the importance of clinical documentation and navigating the insurance landscape. As we grow, we are looking to hire multiple clinical supervisors in both Manhattan and Brooklyn offices.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly individual clinical/administrative supervision.
• Attend monthly practice-wide meetings (such as Town Hall updates).
• Attend monthly “sup-on-sup” supervision group with fellow supervisors.
• Assume responsibility for counseling, motivating, and improving performance of practitioners.
• Sign on supervisees' notes in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate accuracy, and quality of clinical documentation.
• Address issues and conduct performance reviews as needed.
• Support practitioners with navigating complex cases and crisis situations as needed.
• Conduct 5 weekly sessions from their own caseload and complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
