About the role
Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Ortho Neuro Spine service line.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee high-quality nursing care for orthopedic, neurologic, and spine patients.
- Serve as a clinical resource for staff, assisting with staffing, assignments, and mentoring.
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor quality and safety indicators, support staff orientation and education, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Guide patient and family education, discharge planning, and care transitions.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical knowledge in orthopedic, neurologic, and spine care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
