About the role
RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator in a Stepdown ICU setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-acuity patient care in a leadership capacity at the bedside.
- Guide and supervise a team of nurses to ensure safe, efficient workflows.
- Perform patient assessment and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Promote evidence-based practices, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
- Support staff development and ongoing education.
