Full-Time Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care while managing unit operations during assigned shifts. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate admission, discharge, and patient flow for efficient throughput.Assess and improve the quality of nursing care in collaboration with management.Foster teamwork with subject matter experts and staff to enhance outcomes and service.Support a patient-first approach, including service recovery when needed.Implement nursing strategies to improve staff engagement and operational efficiency.Participate in staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure proper resource utilization. Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma or degree.Certifications: Advanced Trauma Care or Trauma Nursing Core Course, PALS or equivalent, Advanced and Basic Cardiac Life Support.Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
